JOB DESCRIPTIONMary Kraft Staffing is partnering with a reputable organization in the Baltimore area to place an entry level Administrative Assistant. This a temp to possible hire position, and is full time. The administrative assistant will support the organization’s management as requested. Given the nature of this position, we are looking for someone with a high level of professionalism and discretion. Job duties include, but are not limited to: – Answers and directs calls for multiple phone lines – Greets and provides support to any guests entering the building – Provides administrative support to one or more individuals – Resolves administrative issues and problems that arise throughout the course of the day – Schedules all appointments, speaking engagements, events, etc. including scheduling priorities – Processes and prioritizes incoming mail and ensures mail is correctly processes and tracked in a timely manner – Edits and manages distribution of letters, memoranda, and other communications – Communicates regularly with individuals and groups across the organization and with external constituents – Attends meetings as needed to record and draft minutes JOB REQUIREMENTS – Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent experience – 1 year previous administrative support is required – Excellent written and verbal communication is required – High attention to detail is required
