Colonial Life, a national B2B benefits and enrollment company, is looking to bring on a new Agency Development Manager with long-term career interests. The AGENCY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER responsibilities will be the following:- Train, mentor, and motivate a sales agent team along with support from Corporate (training and recruiting support)- B2B employee benefits sales- Sourcing, attracting, and interviewing select quality individuals to join the company- Field training/joint field work agency team- Conducting sales meetings and orientations for new sales agents Qualifications- 2+ years of B2B sales- Experience in leading a staff/team of sales agents- Recruiting experience (Preferred)- Life & Health License (Not required to apply)- Strong work ethic- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Training and development will be provided in an ongoing manner as part of a leadership development and training program.Sales agent opportunities are also available throughout the territory. Placement will be determined by interview and leadership analysis.
