Job Description:

The Commercial Sales Professional (CSP) position falls under the Terminix brand. I am looking for professional sales talent with a proven history of increasing revenue year over year with at least 2 years of commercial or outside B2B sales experience. As a Commercial Sales Professional you will:
o Prospect for new business leads at the local and regional levels
o This role is 80- 90% new business development 10-20% account management
o Maintain and increase existing business by following up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction
o Our Compensation structures for the position consist of a combination of a base salary + commission. The base Salary range is the $mid $30k’s to mid $40k’s; 5% Commission- 16% on net sales for New Core business , 3-1/2% up sells and $400 car allowance (including gas & mileage).
o The comprehensive benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, life, LTD, STD and 401K match fund – (effective 90 days after hire)
o 6 weeks training ( Some states are required to take an licensing exam to get branch 2 license)

o Sales force CRM
o Selling a full portfolio of our services and products to include:
 Full line of pest control equipment
 All Natural products
 Mosquito Services
 General Pest Control
 Sanitation Support
 Bed Bug control
 Commodity Fumigation
 Manufacturing/Distribution/
Warehousing- Protection
 Wild Life Control
 Bird Control
