Lead and motivate branch service department to provide world class service to all customers in a timely manner. 2. Facilitate continuing, up-to-date training of branch service and sales personnel. 3. Ensure compliance on all pest and termite control applications are within company standards. 4. Respond to customer concerns and expectations. 5. Retain current client accounts. 6. Maintain awareness of customers remaining to be serviced for the month 7. Control technicians routes are completed. 8. Maintain inventory. 9. Other duties as assigned.
