We have an immediate opening for a SALES MANAGER to join our benefits market-leading team.

Managers responsibilities are:

B2B benefits sales and communication
Field training/running appointments with clients and new agents
Conducting sales meetings and orientations for new agents
Participating in company provided trainings on recruiting and sales skills (travel for training will be paid for by company)
HELP Recruit and Develop a sales team with support from your corporate provided recruiter
HELP Recruit and Develop a managerial team with support from your corporate provided recruiter


5+ Years of B2B Sales
Experience in running a large staff/team of sales agents
Recruiting Experience
Life & Health Insurance License (Not required to apply, but needed down the road)
Strong Work Ethic
Ability to work Independently


Office Expense
Weekly Bonus’
Lifetime Renewal after retired
Corporate Trainers will be in area for months helping build the team!
