Job Description:

Growing company looking for experienced Call Center Agents for an Inbound Call Center. Applicants must have reliable transportation (attendance is very important). Applicants must be flexible with shift, as we are 24/7. Bi-lingual is a plus.

Ideal candidates will be able to have the following skills:

Maintain a positive and professional tone throughout the entirety of the call
Ability to handle escalated calls
Vehicle knowledge preferred (as far as vehicle Makes & Models)
Perfect attendance and can arrive on time for work everyday
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing scripts
Must be flexible and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Looking to interview immediately! Training will be 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday for the duration of 2 weeks. Permanent set schedule will be provided after training class has been completed.
