Acts as liaison between customers and Dispatchers to ensure all inbound customer service requests are responded to and handled in a timely manner.Assists Dispatchers with work order preparation and with inbound telephone calls from service technicians when technicians backup in phone queue.Conducts activities to ensure proper and accurate information is recorded in the data base for the billing of all work orders performed under preventative maintenance agreements and service calls. Job Duties Include: 1. Customer Service Administration – External/InternalDaily answers and oversees all department inquiries from customers regarding service requests.Daily monitors and coordinates all aspects of customer service to ensure customer commitment is maintained.Daily maintains accurate and updated customer information in Jonas database. 2. Dispatch SupportDaily assists Dispatchers to monitor and coordinate all aspects of service requests and customer service to ensure efficient scheduling of technicians.Daily assists Dispatchers with administrative system tasks. At least one year experience in a call center or administrative environment helpful. Basic data entry, telephone etiquette and administrative skills necessary to be successful in this role. Required System Experience: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook),Windows PC applications and Jonas (preferred) Min typing speed / accuracy of 35wpm required Flexbility in Work Schedule required; could possibly be assigned to a shift with a Saturday or Sunday. Regular Schedle: M-F 9-6 and Possible Sat/Sun [8:00–4:30]
