Colonial Life is looking to bring on a District Manager in the Los Angeles area.The district managers responsibilities will be the following:- Recruit and Develop a sales team along with support from corporate (training and recruiting support)- Recruit and Develop a managerial staff along with support from corporate (training and recruiting support)- B2B benefits sales and communication- Running a small-large office of Insurance Agents and Managers- Interview, pre screen, and select quality individuals to join the company- Field training/running appointments with clients and new agents- Running sales meetings and orientations for new agents- Mandatory trainings on recruiting and sales from corporate representatives (travel will be required/paid for by company)Qualifications5+ Years of B2B SalesExperience in running a large staff/team of sales agents18+ years of ageRecruiting ExperienceLife & Disability License (Not required, but needed down the road)Strong Work EthicAbility to work IndependentlyNo Criminal BackgroundIf you think you are my guy/gal for this position, feel free to give me a call!
