Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities Answers inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and management.Consistently achieves call quality score goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.Other duties as assigned.Depending on the line of business you go to some upselling could be required. Education: High School diploma or equivalent Experience Target: • Prior customer service experience preferred • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Excellent communication skills Professional, articulate voice • Ability to multi-task in several computer applications while holding a conversation with a customer • Type 25 words per minute • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Dependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimal supervision. Ability to interact positively with peers and supervisors. Pay Rate: Start wage is $10/hour with an opportunity to increase up to $12.25/hour through our step increases and incentive plans.
