We are a national work-site voluntary benefits and enrollment company. We have an opening for a SALES MANAGER to join our established team. We are a market-leading team in providing comprehensive benefits education, excellent customer service and personal insurance products at the worksite to help America’s workers protect what they’ve worked so hard to build. This is strictly B2B Sales and Business Marketing (no hard sales, door to door, or selling individuals in their homes). Average Income of top 25% Sales Managers $303,075. Sales Managers responsibilities are: Recruit and Develop a team with support from your corporate provided recruiter B2B sales and communication Build a successful team Interview, pre screen, and select quality individuals to join the company Field training/running appointments with new agents Conducting sales meetings and orientations for new agents Participating in company provided trainings on recruiting and sales skills (travel for training will be paid for by company) Qualifications: 1 + Years of Sales Experiece Experience in developing a team Management Experience Recruiting and interviewing experience Life & Health Insurance License (Not required to apply, but needed down the road).
