Tec-Masters, Inc. is looking for a qualified System Level SME and Integrator for the Search and Rescue Optimal Planning System (SAROPS) contract in support of the Coast Guard’s Command, Control and Communications Engineering Center (C3CEN) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Successful candidate will have advanced technical knowledge of SAROPS and its operational environment, high-level functional system analysis, design, integration, and documentation. Highly technical skills in SAROPS application integration, including 4 years of practical professional experience in SAROPS system integration, design, needs analysis, design review, testing, implementation, and validation. Expert level knowledge of SAROPS to provide effective implementation. Demonstrated expert must have a minimum of eight (8) consecutive years of SAROPS Systems Engineering experience and B.S Degree in Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics, or some related discipline or six (6) years of SAROPS Systems Engineering with a Master’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics. Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and solving complex SAROPS design and development issues. Ability to work in a team and individual work setting contributing to SAROPS design and development. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills on SAROPS technical matter. Ability to obtain a Secret level security clearance.
